About the Event

Join us at Pangea for a truly holiday meal extravangaza!  Featuring an array of excellent, hand-picked sparkling wines by Pangea's Sommelier Kyle Riggs and paired with equally amazing fare from Chef Michael Wilson, usher in the holidays in bubbly and exquisite style. 

 Ticket price is $150/person (does not include gratuity) and will be held in our intimate Barrel Room (accessed via the main entrance to Pangea and stairs down to the wine room level) - the first time for such an event.  Therefore, only 22 tickets will be sold.

Course 1

Octopus carpaccio.

sous-vide octopus, pickled fennel, watermelon radish, rocket, basil oil

Pairing - NV Szigeti Sparkling Gruner Veltiner, Austria

Course 2

Zakynthos Salad.

tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, kalamata olive, caper vinaigrette, crispy feta cheese

Pairing - NV Akakies, Sparkling Rose’, Greece 

Course 3

Pork Belly Souvlaki.

tzatziki, pita, oregano, confit tomato

Pairing - NV Charles Heidsieck, Brut Reserve, Champagne, France

Course 4

Grilled Lamb Chop.

braised kale spanakopita, rosemary, yellow carrot puree, roasted shallot, red wine sauce

Pairing - 2005 Charles Gardet Signature Cuvee, Champagne, France

Dessert

Olive OIl Cake.

pistachio honey brittle, candied orange

Pairing - Cleto Chiarli Centenario Amabile Lambrusco, Italy
